If you are “on the fence” trying to decide if you should place anorder with Miracle for a new playground, I am writing to encourage you to take the leap! Our neighborhood association ok’ed the purchase of a new playground to replace our unsafe, splintery old set and we really shopped around! We visited playsets all over and even visited two Miracle playsets that were over 11 years old and amazingly still in perfect shape. The quality of the product is the thing that stands out in my head the very most! After all of our months of research, it became very obvious what a high quality product Miracle sells. It was slightly tedious trying to make our budget numbers work out in our home owners budget, but Eric Hasley and Joani Hasley were patient with us in designing for our needs and budget constraints. We are also extremely excited about Miracle adding another phase to the playground which will include Xccent pieces (the F4, Rockin’ Rider and SkateRide) which will be wonderful for building upper body strength and agility skills for older children. The neighborhood response to the playground has been phenominal and It has become a real meeting place for neighbors old and young alike! I know this product will last for years and years. We chose a structure that offers a little bit of everything for every age group. The landscaping and grading went well and Miracle’s installer, Bobby Hill, went above and beyond, in staying professional, organized and clearly communicating to our team. We were extremely happy that we used he and his crew instead of trying to install it as a “community build”. Overall, we are exceedingly happy with Miracle’s Playground. If you “go” with another company you will likely be dissappointed. We are completely sold on Miracle!

I am writing this note just to let you know about how delighted we are with our new Miracle playground and how much we appreciate Hasley Recreation and Design. From the day Eric Hasley walked into my office with the Miracle catalog until the first child went down the Flippo slide, we have had a great experience. The Hasley’s are always patient and helpful on the phone and Eric went well beyond the call of duty to be helpful and interested in every step of the project. He even helped us spread the mulch! I have never enjoyed working on a project more than seeing this playground come from the 3-D picture display to reality. The Hasley family did an outstanding job on this project and our playground is absolutely wonderful. The children are asking their parents to bring them back on Saturdays so they can play on it more! I just thought that you might like to hear about a success story.
